History | Training Support and Advice

The Regional and Remote Aboriginal Children and Services Support Unit (RRACSSU) is a project that supports Aboriginal children and adults in Child Care Centres, Creches, Playgroups, Multifunctional Aboriginal Children's Services and Out of School Hours Care across the Northern Region of the Northern Territory. We have been operating since 1st of July 2001 (formerly known as Remote Aboriginal Children's Services Support Unit – RRACSSU). If you would like to find our more about RRACSSU’s history click here.

RRACSSU provides support, training and advice to adults working in Child Care Centres, Creches, Playgroups, Multifunctional Aboriginal Children's Services and Out of School Hours Care. We deliver regional workshops as well as training, support and advice in relation to Children’s Service matters in communities and towns across the top end.
